What IS a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant, or VA for short, serves as an Administrative Assistant operating from a distance, providing support to businesses and entrepreneurs in managing their daily tasks. Every business, regardless of size, requires some form of assistance, and that's where I step in.

Born and raised in the Garden State, I made the move to Pennsylvania back in 2001. With over two decades of experience, I've worn the hat of an Executive Assistant in various industries—from Insurance Claims and Newspaper Publishing to Home Builders and Banking. The entrepreneurial bug bit me in 2008, leading to the inception of my VA business.

I may not be flawless, but I give it my all to meet or surpass expectations. I'm my toughest critic, always striving for excellence.

Helping people is my jam, whether it's dishing out business advice or just being an attentive ear. I firmly believe we can all learn from each other.

Order over chaos is my mantra—I thrive on planning and organizing. Picture me at my home office, assisted by my trusty dog and a cat or two lounging nearby.

Now, the fun stuff: Rush is my go-to band, and my business name, inspired by their 15th album "Counterparts," reflects my role as your business 'counterpart.'

Autumn holds my heart, and you'll find me most content when kayaking or hiking. My pets are like family, and my three step-kids? Well, they're all grown up now, but still my children.

Despite the occasional grumbling, I secretly enjoy whipping up delicious meals and treats for my family. It's my way of showing love, gripes aside.
